While America suffered drought on side of the country and massive flood on the other side, people subdued their 4th of July fireworks. In Seattle, Washington, Governor Jay Inslee had requested the residents not to go overboard with the fireworks this time, as there was extreme heat and drought all over Washington.
Even though many took it positively and decided to let go of the extravagant fireworks display on their own, but it was 4th of July, which meant that there were still a lot of fireworks going on. Professional fireworks were organized for the residents in order to ensure that they have a great Independence Day.
Some of the great hotspots for the event were Seafair Summer Fourth, Gas Works Park etc. However, these were prime spots and crowded. Many people on the other hand enjoyed open view of the fireworks by opting for Kirkland, Edmonds, Bainbridge Island, Renton and Bellevue.
