Every year, an outstanding event is organized in New York to commemorate America’s Independence Day. This time, Macy’s had a spectacular line of activities and events that were different from the previous ones. This year’s 4th of July fireworks took place on the East River and there were two locations for it.
The marvelous 25 minutes fireworks had barges set on different locations that offered pristine views from Long Island city, north Brooklyn and Midtown East. The official locations for fireworks view, Brooklyn, Queens waterfront and lower Manhattan were crowded with spectators.
Overall, there were not 1, 3 or 10, but a whopping 37 fireworks viewing options that offered great rooftop bars, private cruises and small parks to name a few. These viewing options provided easy ways for spectators to check in according to the availability and budget.
People gathered on Brooklyn Bridge Park, South Street Seaport, FDR Drive (Lower Manhattan, Midtown), Brooklyn Heights Promenade and Pier 15 out of many other locations to watch 4th of July Fireworks.
