In order to get into Singapore you will need a valid passport (at least 6 months from the date of departure). Citizens from: Australia, Canada, USA, Britain and countries that are member of the European Union, don’t need visas. On the other side, residents of other countries need an Entry visa. It costs £15. How long visa lasts, depend on your nationality. Before going you will have to go to the doctor in order to get needed vaccines. Depending on when you are traveling to Singapore, you may need to get vaccinated against hepatitis A. Tetanus vaccination is required. The health care in Singapore is very good.
